We headed on to another ‘Harvest Host’ winery (Sombra Antigua) for a tasting and to spend the night. They told us on the phone that morning (before our arrival) that we could hook up to their electricity, which, again, we wanted for running the air conditioning. It turned out their hook-up had a 50-amp connector, and we only have 30 amp, and neither of us had an adaptor. (We have since purchased one. Be prepared, and all that.) Thankfully, they let us move the coach from the very sunny spot in the back to the shady side of the tasting room, and that was all it took to be comfortable.

We did some wine tasting and also beer tasting (some local brewers). After other patrons left, David and Theresa (who run the tasting room) came over to chat and we enjoyed visiting with them until closing and bought two bottles of wine (as well as some crackers and a small, beaded box with a peacock feather theme that I may use on my dressing table for holding rings).
